They do a very quality job and have long term employees, that are there and they know what they are doing. They are very technical, they do work you can't get done in other places, heavy truck and trailer alignments, we know they do a good job because we never have to send anything back to have them do it again.

The alignment business is a pretty funny deal, there are a lot of young guys who think they know what they are doing and you get it back it's pretty obvious they don't. The at Westfalls' guys have got a lot of experience, and I feel real comfortable there. As far as Kenworths go that's the only place to go, there's a problem with those front axles when they come off the floor and Rod knows how to fix it. If you got frame problems or alignment problems Westfall's is the only place to go. It is worth the drive.

I have worked with them for twenty-seven years , they always do a good job for us. They have the expertise and knowledge to solve your problems . We have a lot of fire engines and during fire season they get us in and out the door. If there is a problem that is a little strange he knows where to go to figure out how to fix it. Very conservative and he works with us on getting our rigs out quick.
